Refund policy

In Store:

Items may be returned in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. For a full refund.

Online:

Sometimes the color in person isn't quite right for you. We will refund you the purchase price, minus shipping to the payment method originally used.

Yarn must be returned in its original condition within 30 days of purchase.

Orders that cannot be returned:

• Discounted items
• Yarns that have been wound into cakes
• Yarns returned with pet hair, or smelling of smoke or perfumes
